Everyone knows Wal-Mart. They have just about anything you would want or need. The prices are not bad for the quality. They have a great deli and bakery. There are two in Bowling Green. One on Walton Ave off of Campbell Lane. The other is off of Veterans Memorial just about 5 miles from the other one. This one to me is better and has lower prices on most things. Plus they have a larger selection to choose from.

On or about October 10 2017 I came in to have my 2 front tires replaced. I got the warranty and road hazard with them. Only a month or so later, maybe less, one of the tires went flat and couldn't be repaired. I was closer to Glasgow KY Walmart at that time and because I brought the damaged tire in (instead of driving the actual car in), they wouldn't honor the warranty. Said they had to go by the thread. I ended up paying full price for the tire-$51. How was I supposed to drive the car in with a flat tire? I live over 30 miles from there. A couple weeks later, THAT tire went flat and couldn't be repaired. We got one from somewhere else. Now, the remaining tire already has most of the thread gone! Another tire bought in October from somewhere else, still has good thread on it. I took pictures of both hoping to post them here but I don't see that option. The tire is a 205/65R15 94H DUG AS (as listed on receipt.) Will never again buy Walmart tires (although I hadn't had problems before.) Will also post this on Glasgow Ky's website also.

Walmart has never offered a pleasant shopping experience. There are usually long lines, the greeters don’t smile let alone greet you and the aisles are crowded. However, they have the lowest prices in town, especially if you use savings catcher. Which is why for years I have given them the majority of my grocery business. Recently I have experienced something new there...they have started stopping me at the door to check items in my cart against my receipt. This is an unpleasant, humiliating experience that makes me feel like a criminal. Last week when this happened it took the employee 10 minutes to find my bottled waters on my receipt. I just stood there like an idiot. I understand that Walmart has problems with theft but I promise you that making your loyal customers stand at the exit while their receipt is checked is not the answer. Remember I’ve already stood in line longer than I should have anyway. So, I will no longer shop at Walmart!

Some people, especially in the pharmacy, are rude. But for the most part, everything else was great. Very organized. Really clean bathrooms. Good management.

I really love the employees here. They are up beat positive and very helpful. It is not the employees fault that this store is understaffed. They have everything you could want at this location. The prices are around the same as other locations but they have little hidden treasures here if you know where to look.
