I was trying to buy two swimming pools for school field day. The guys in the back are like sorry. Customer Service line 20 people deep. Tried calling was on hold 20 minutes no one came. I asked for a manager the gal said she had no radio. I go to buy other groceries 4 lanes open 10 people deep. Once again why do I come here? Hire some people pleaseeeeee

Worst customer service I have ever had. Waited at electronics for over an hour. Had multiple people page a Manager or anyone that could help unlock something so I could buy it. After waiting so long I just went a head and ordered it on Amazon. If I could o would have given no stars. Will be contacting there home office and reporting the place. I wouldn't be so mad if it only happened once but it's every time I go to the electronics section it takes forever before I'm helped.

Shopped online and picked up from the store. Fast made easy. People this is the way to go. This is a great time-saver and they took good care of me. Left smiling. 😀 😀 Yvonne West

I thought I was ordering the curbside pick up. I needed dog food and it could not wait. I didn't want to go in the store because I have the flu. They refused to deliver it curbside and told me I had to go through the store, all the way to the back, to pick up my dog food because it is not a grocery item. I covered my mouth and nose and didn't touch anything in the store. I had an attendant take the basket out to my car and place the dog food in the car. I told every employee I encountered that I had the flu. Wal-Mart, why only grocery items???

There is maybe a handful of employees here that are nice. Most of them are too busy to help, don't speak English, or don't know where the item is. The store is reasonably clean and reasonably priced. Sometimes I can catch a good deal on clothes but mostly, I feel it's over priced and low quality. I only go here if I absolutely have to. I'd rather drive to WinCo to hit up a 24 hour store.
