Incompetent employees left a security tag on a shirt that we purchased. We had to drive over an hour to get the tag removed. The store manager offered us nothing but a weak apology for their mistake. No compensation or discount. Stephanie the store manager was full of excuses and was not interested in any type of helpful solution. If only there was an online retailer that could ship things right to your house so we don't have to deal with this type of frustration.... :)
