Cuatomer service from management needs work. I was there one night and there was a power surge, a storm was coming. The store was full, it was late so cashier's were scarce. The registers went down. As they were coming up, instead of the managers taking the next person in line waiting to another register she opens another register and says I am opening on this register. Those of us in the front who have been standing the longest had to still wait for the register to come up or get back in another line that now had 20 people in it. I left my basket right there in line. I know i had over $200 worth of merchandise. Now I travel all the way up Hull street if I have to buy from Walmart.

I had the worst customer service experience of my entire life at this store. It has a really bad employee working in the sporting goods, it took over 45 minutes for other employees to find her and then the manager was not professional at all tried to say these things happen. I guess if you work here you don't have to do your job.

Employee was really nice but register approved purchase then asked for payment when payment ran again payment was declined despite money being available

They have good Customer Services. And for the Neighborhood they stay reasonably Stocked. 0pen 24 hrs

The worst Walmart in Richmond. Most (not all) of the cashiers have really bad attitudes, not personable at all. They never seem to have more than 7 lanes open at a time, even during holidays and the floor associates are invisible, never around. The only good thing I can say is they always have my wine at a low price and the Greeters are always warm and welcoming.
