I am always impressed with the selection of men's clothes, in particular the dress shirts and pants. The staff is always helpful and the store is clean and well organized. During occasional clearance sales, there are incredible bargains to be had. My wife is generally pleased with the women's shoe department and the more formal dresses. However, she has noted on more than one occasion that a majority of the women's clothes seem to skew towards an older demographic. She rarely gets many clothes from Dillard's because she says she doesn't "want to dress like an old lady". We rarely venture into the home good sections and have been generally underwhelmed. This place is primarily for clothing. We enjoy walking through the store even if we're not looking for anything in particular and we always visit any time we are in Stony Point.

Can always find what I am looking for and at a great price. Huge selection of designer clothes, including Calvin Klein, Free People, Michael Kors, etc

Great and quality items sold here but some of the staff makes the shopping experience really bad. Went to get a suit, tie and shoes with the hubby recently and the Daphne chick in the men's department was so aggressive and rude trying to pursue me into buying from her and not the other pretty lady in the shoes department . Even had the audacity to tell me mean stuff about this lady when all I was trying to do was purchase all items at the same time with one sales rep. Never in my life have I experience such hatred and mess in a department store & it made me very uncomfortable. Not a good look whatsoever & if this nonsense keep on, I will not be shopping at Dillards anymore. #loyalButAnnoyedCustomer

Super friendly and helpful associates in every department. A huge selection of men's clothes mixed in with the billion other items on offer, which is a pleasant surprise. The store and dressing rooms are very clean, well lit, and easy to navigate.
