This Walmart used to be the store of my selection. It has become the worst store ever in the last 2 years . It's painful to see how it has been deteriorating just in less than a few years. 
There are no  customer service skills anymore. The shelves are very empty around the store. The fresh produce department is the worst. There are no fresh produces at all in the shelves, and the very few ones are not fresh. You walk around the store, and it is very difficult to find what you need. The bathrooms are very disgusting. And, the carts are everywhere around the parking lot. There are no employees parking the carts. 
Who is the personnel the Walmart is hiring now?

The super center in Mulberry -Lakeland, is an excellent place to shop. They have a much larger selection of everything. Had the car serviced while I bought groceries. Fast convenient service in every department. The first wal mart I have shopped in, where employees ask if they could help me. Being greeted by employees, just to say "hi" and "Have a great day", is a big change from other stores!  I will drive farther to shop at this store. And it is amazingly clean.

This is a crap shoot. Sometimes you can get in and out but most times there are only 2-4 lines open. What i do like about this location is the nail salon. The salon is very convenient for me. The garden department is usually very helpful. It is hard to find help in electronics and paint. The food is a decent variety of options. Plenty of parking and liquor store on premises.

The store is ok. It is one of the least clean with the most rude front cashiers and Management Staff I have ever encountered at any Walmart locally and I have been in most as I was an employee of Jackson Hewitt which worked in different locations that needed help as well as my own location in South Lakeland that is miles down the road from this one. They also have stocking issues with clearance placed separately from the department where the products belonged so in case where you search online for a product and are sent there to pick it up it is like a wild goose chase sometimes. Either the item is in clearance and other areas you have to have the staff search the back room or front for it?? Something I have never experienced before at other locations and I am a loyal Walmart and Sam's Club shopper ** There are 4 pluses to this location they have a hair salon, a McDonald's, a great nail studio open 7 days a week and the best of all a fantastic Vision Center. When shopping with the kids those factors lead me to this location even if it's not as clean, or friendly as other closer locations. I cannot say enough nice things about the excellent vision department. ; It is well stocked with stylish and affordable adult and child frames. They are one of the few locations that has an Eye Dr there. My son requires a retinal specialist and is legally blind even with glasses.  But knowing they have a Dr there  and seeing their rates is a plus! They offer amazing prices on frames and their lenses which are Nikon and the best price around for specially lenses and have the best insurance coverage that is included at no extra charge on  kids glasses which is priceless!! The 3 ladies we have encountered in the vision center over many years are so very nice and have given excellent service over the years. The few times when we had issues with corporate not preparing lenses on schedule and or issues that arose because of a conflict in the lenses/and special cut he has to have that were in conflict with a style choice 2 different times that the ladies couldn't have advised me of until the orders were sent to corporate and they had issues, were resolved to my satisfaction. When we did have a long wait on getting glasses in and had to change from what frames he had originally picked; they were very gracious one time not charging the price increase for the style change on one occasion and the other because even after a new frame was chosen they took months to prepare the new glasses they refunded the entire frame cost. We got the glasses; it was  simply months later. Although I was frustrated because my son is Autistic and obsesses about things so him asking every day along the wait and me not being able to give  him a straight answer was tough, I didn't expect them to give us the frames for free at all. But it is at the discretion of that vision Manager and we have been long time customers. Truly we are constantly sending kids their way because of the awesome services and amazing prices of their frames and the specialty Nikon lenses. So my review for the store remains the same ok. The extras Hair Salon, Nail Salon and McDonald's are added bonus and sometimes determining factor for going there. However, the vision center in this location is Excellent!
