Y.E.S. does not limit their abilities, they became certified to service, repair and maintain Apple products in 1985, they also participate in the continuing education to better serve our customers.

We are BETA testers for Intuit, Microsoft, and many apple developers.

We are able to pick up your equipment, remote in or you can come to us.

I have used YES for years, from backup to maintaining my security features they don't disappoint. I have called and messaged and within minutes I am responded to which I appreciate. It seems as though your dealing with a large company when in reality this is a small local business which I love to support. Erika and her team are professional and always on hand to answer any of your needs. If they don't have an answer today they will find a resolution quickly. I couldn't ask for better service and I highly recommend, you don't have to wipe your computer in order to fix and they have proven this over and over again!!

It is so nice to finally find a reliable company that can do onsite service. I was concerned about having my PC leave my home along with my personal info. Their tech showed up on time and was very professional. I would definitely use their service again.

No reason to go anywhere else when you need help with your IT systems, computers, etc. Windows, Mac, Home & Office Networks, Y.E.S. can fix it all. Erika and YES! are the best!

YES YES YES!!! I myself call "IT" a foreign language. Erika and Maureen are AMAZING!!! From emergency situation to a common question they always fix the problem or explain without making me feel stupid. They are  prompt and professional, they don't let anything go unnoticed. I recommend all of my friends computer and electronic problems to YES(Your Electronic Specialist)

Last summer I was visiting family in Lakeland when my iPhone went kaput. I thought I would be getting a new phone but Erika fixed it for way less than it would cost to replace AND she did it super quickly. Now they have my business for monthly computer security monitoring and they are who I call for any computer or electronic issues that arise. I live hundreds of miles away and STILL choose to call on them! They also give back to community in various ways which is something I think everyone should do. Super people that know their stuff!
