Worst customer service of any retail location I've ever been. Went to the jewelry department during lunch to pick something up for someone. Sign said open but no one was there to help. I pushed the assistance button an shortly after heard them call for help to the jewelry department. 5 minutes later still no one and the push for assistance light came back on. I pushed again and again heard a call for customer service in Jewelry. 5 more minutes no one. I walked over to a cashier and asked if he could call a manager and get some help. He replied they already called it over the speaker. I said yes, twice and still no one. Went back across the isle back to the Jewelry dept. Then pushed the button for the third time. Finally someone showed up and the very first thing they said was don't be mad at me I just clocked in (I had not said anything to her). She said, I'm assuming your waiting for help and I said yes, for 20 minutes. She replied it wasn't 20 minutes because she heard it over the speaker 15 minutes ago. If she heard it 15 minutes ago, why didn't I get help? That's when I had enough and told her to forget it, I'll make my jewelry purchase elsewhere. Customer service like this is why the customers are going to places like Amazon.

The Walmart I go to. I know where things are and the layout, so makes it convienent for me. The folks who work here are nice and helpful, from my experiences here.

I HAVE to USE the electric carts. I HAVE spent loads of money THERE. BUT I Will NOT go back anymore. In ALL of the clothing sections it is impossible to get around in the electric cart without actually having to USE the electric cart to move the hanging clothes and the tables of clothing to go through those sections. I sincerely apologize for being handicapped and can NOT get through those areas that are jammed together on the electric carts. Sam is probably constantly rolling in his grave the way his stores are run and no consideration for his customers!!!!!!!

Fresh Fruits and Veggies Large variety of foods. Everything is organized and accessible all in all a great place the check out is the only downside

This Super center has good selection and good quality products. However, the customer service is dodgy and there lines are massive every time I visit. I recommend coming here to get a few things at a time as there prices can be very high. 🤔
