They are never stocked very well. I've got to update this review regarding stock. They seem to have been informed of the fact their in stock merchandise, especially in technology, was very poor. As I visited today, I was happily surprised that in each of the main tech departments it was very well stocked.

-There are never enough employees anywhere at any time, I"ve often had to spend 30+ minutes to find someone to unlock a case. I've even been denied access to a case 'because it's past 10pm' -Every time I need a service performed on my vehicle I'm turned away, most recently when needing tires swapped from a scrap truck to my good truck because the tires were too bald. That was the idea, to put the good tires on my good truck so I could scrap the junk truck. -Closes at midnight because theft is so high, likely because the entire store is ran by what looks like 5 people.

Say what you will; not as well stocked as we'd like always, service sometimes not what we'd like, merchandise from anywhere but the USA, not enough registers open~~on & on, but we're still shopping there, right? Let's face it; that's all that really matters to Walmart now; the bottom line, and we, with all our gripes are still shopping there. Bottom line. UPDATE~~ I can't see much if any improvement since I wrote 3 years ago and I really hoped there would be, I understand they DO have a manager now though~~that SHOULD help. I was told when looking for an item that wasn't there that they were in the process of inventorying and that they don't really like to count things. So it's easier to let things run out. Now I would NEVER have thought of that. I will say that their online service in much improved which has NOTHING to do with this story as I have everything shipped to my home~~free shipping with $35 purchase~~trying to compete with Amazon. Good. At least they have competition now. Much better store on Dixie Highway.

Always have long lines , in the customer service line, the money center line, and the cashier lines. They're constantly out of stock. If they do have an item and sell out of it , it takes weeks or sometimes never to have it restocked. It's the worst stocked store in Louisville. I've even went to management and ask them to stock something. There's a spot on the shelf for it , but it's always empty. It has been been 12 weeks and it's still not in stock. I know this is an item that's a big seller , because they sell out of it in a day or , according to the manager I spoke to. One Shining point of this place is the employees are very helpful. They will go out of their way to help you, and they usually know where an item is that you're looking for. The problem is they're usually sold out or it hasn't been put on the Shelf yet and it's still back in the storeroom, but they will go back and look and see if it's there.

Nice big store. Usually clean and organized. Friendly staff. Also has a nail salon and Subway inside.
