None of the debit/credit machines were working. Was told they didn't know when they were going to be fixed. ATM machine also wasn't working. I had to put everything back except $2.00 IN MERCHANDISE. (I HAD $2.00 ON ME.) I can't even imagine how many sales were lost today. I surely hope any information (put into the machines) was not compromised. Usually 4 stars, but today only 1 star.

Stock is always low or out, I just get lucky that what I need personally they have, but the slots around are bare. Self checkouts continuously stop. Staff seems to be fine. Never had an issue with them. Not telling you to not come here, but just not if you’re making a quick trip. (Usually shops here between 8pm-1am.)

I go out of my way to avoid this store if at all possible. Always out of what I came in for, dirty restrooms, long checkout lines, broken self serve lanes, and don't even think about grabbing a quick bite on the way out, because the McDonald's got closed up. This store keeps finding new ways to degrade itself, it's a wonder it's still open.

Store was for the most part organized and clean. Employees very kind and helpful. The only things I didnt like was that there were no small shopping baskets and no bicycle parking .

If I could zero star I would. Sunday night and the registers were 6 people deep. Only 3 main registers open, plus the self service. Kids were back in the shoe department taking shoes out of boxes and throwing them everywhere. When I approached an employee, I was told it wasn't their department so not their problem. The person at the Customer Service desk handling my return was extremely rude and tried to short my return of multiple items. The cashier that checked me out didn't say a single word and was in absolutely no hurry despite the very long lines. I have been shopping for work pants for my partner and am shocked at the lack of inventory throughout the Cincinnati area. Of 5 Wal-Marts I have visited this weekend I found only one pair of pants in his size...not that he wears an unusual size.
