There are so many negative things at this Walmart that I don't know where to start. The organizational behavior is horrible, the majority of the employees are not customer service friendly, the attitude that they possess is that you need them and they are doing you a favor by checking you out or whatever service they provide you. This negative attitude is descended from higher management to lower employees. The store doesn't have the selections and the adequate quantity that Walmart is known to have. Essential Items are out of stock for days and it may last a week. It seems like the ordering system is not efficient.the store is clean in the morning but if I come in the after noon it's a different place. It's dirty the isles are messy the floors are filthy. The produce department is always out of main items, you don't the variety that is available at other chain supermarkets. The prices is not how people perceive Walmart prices being very low, just few items.This store caters to a large community and it needs be managed better. I think the corporate office need to review this location and make the necessary changes to improve this store.

I love this Walmart more than any other Walmart I have ever been in. There is never a long wait to checkout, the staff is always friendly, and the store is always clean. The produce is amazing and the prices are fantastic. If you live in Ridgeland is worth the drive to Madison to experience or Walmart like no other.

Normally I get good service at Madison Walmart but that was not the case today. I was looking at cell phones and service. The guy left to see if they had the IPhone I wanted and never came back. Nobody seemed to be able to answer questions so I went to the Walmart app to look up specs on the phones. Decided I'd buy somewhere else where I could get better assistance.

I would like to compliment Andre in your Madison, MS Walmart Tire Center. I called to inquire about tires and explained that my 18 year old daughter would be bringing my car in after being stranded yesterday out of town. He was very helpful over the phone and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. He explained the tire selection he had in stock, which styles he could get today and offered tires that could be delivered next day. He was pleasant and reassuring. Although our Mother's Day ended in a stressful situation, Andre was a blessing to me as a mom. Please share my appreciation with his supervisor and thank him for a job well done. On a side note, we have gotten our tires for our 3 vehicles from Walmart for 20 plus years, but I stopped using the Meridian, MS Walmart Tire Centers after experiencing poor customer service last year. Sams in Madison did not have our tire size, so I was reluctant to contact Walmart. Today Andre proved there are good people giving excellent customer service in your organization.
