Went to Smart Styles to get my hair done. Was a bit upset that my regular hair dresser will no longer be there. Michelle was a great hair style. Very caring and gave great customer service. Did get my hair done by another stylist but I prefer Michelle Foster. She has been doing my hair for years and knows exactly what I want.

Its ok. It seems to always be behind in putting up the seasonal merchandise. But it does get done. The employees aren't as friendly as the others in the other stores. But they do warm up if you don't attack them first. Its standard.

Shopping was very good. Found everything I was looking for easily. Shelves were well stocked. Cashiers were exceptional. Love shopping at that location.

Very crowded during check out. Never enough lines open to check out customers. They need to install self check out lanes. Stock is always low or they are sold out. Dont offer as much as other stores. I live 1 mile from it and travel to the South haven or Hornlake store. Very ghetto place....

It was ridiculous how many people were in the store and not enough checkout lines open. That is why I most of the times pass that store, although it's closer to home and go to the store in Horn Lake or Olive Branch. Wal-Mart makes too much money for long checkout lines and it not being a holiday. I guess this one is one me because I didn't feel like driving a little bit farther. You can bet next time I will make the drive, because the time I spent in line I could have driven to other Wal-Mart and been out and at home sooner. RIDICULOUS!!!
