I had such a great experience purchasing my 2014 Ford Flex! Everyone at Bleakley Ford made the process painless and quicker than anticipated. The price and down payment quoted before I arrived was exactly what I paid! They were straight forward and definitely delivered on their promise! I did change my mind on the color, so once I arrived, they brought out both so I could pick the best fit for me and my family! They were flexible and switched everything over to the one I wanted without any trouble! I will definitely continue to do business with them for any of my future vehicle needs! Thanks for everything - I couldn't be any happier! Oh and let me not forget to add that I got a detail and full tank of gas and my first oil change on the house! Almost everything was done over the phone before I arrived so it was a fast and painless experience!!!!

I had a wonderful experience.  I was in a hurry but I really need an oil change. It was a Saturday morning so they were very busy. That being said, I was told that It would be a two hour wait but they got me out the door in about 45 minutes.  The service technician were friendly and the service was fast. Best of all, it was free of charge because it was my first oil change. Top notch!

I cannot say enough about my experience at John Bleakley Ford, and especially dealing with salesman Tom Matthews  he was phenomenal!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!  I greatly appreciate him working so hard to get me taken care of.   Superb service all around!!

The BEST car-buying experience I've ever had! Very customer oriented! Tom Matthews was my salesman, he was kind & concerned about what I liked and what I wanted. I left there so happy!! Robbin in Finance was professional & friendly. Tom Caldwell went over everything about my car before I left. Highly recommend, whether you're in the market for a new or used car.
