I just got back from shopping here. I couldn't sleep and decided to go shopping when the store is empty. There is pro's and con's on going in the middle of the night. Not alot of shoppers . Easier to shop not worry about parking. More less stressful of bumper to bumper of people. The downside is no one is at the departments when you need to look at stuff . Far as grocery it is easy .Normally I have no issue with this and like to get out in a zip. Today was good until I gotten to the check out. The cashier was not the most friendliest as far as customer service. She was rude to be honest. She asked me directly to put my bags in the cart . Not the fact she asked me to do so ,which you are not supposed to do but the way she's said it too me . Like I was she was my boss . Then it came to pay . My bill came to slightly over $100. I asked to put on most of it on my Walmart credit card and the rest I would put on another because some of the items were not part of the regular items to pay separate. I used two different credit cards. Surprise only one got charged the whole bill. When I got home and looked at the receipt wasn't happy. I called the main number spoken to,the manager in charge now I have to go back there to get this fixed. Normally good store . This morning I am disappointed in today's shopping experience.

Got out fairly quick I had less than 20 items so I used the fast lane. This store is clean , it's also busy. I enjoy shopping here I just wish checking out would be faster. They could cure this by opening more self checkouts

Great place to get just about everything. It's so large sometimes,it's hard to locate which section you ought to be in though. Staff could be more helpful when customers are obviously trying to find something. Prices are good and selection is good. Tjat they are open 24 hrs is very convenient!

I am currently on hold, by phone, for 56 minutes and counting at the Cromwell CT Wallmart. My wife called from her phone, and has been on hold for over an hour. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. The manager Robin, picked up line 3, which my daughter called from, and was conveniently disconnected. I see why the customer service is terrible, because the manager of the store is not any better. Sincerely....... still on hold!
