I contacted 7 Toyota dealerships with a specific configuration of a 2017 Highlander.  Out of all of them, Middletown Toyota came in with the best out-the-door price and quickest delivery of the vehicle (it was sort of a special order with specific accessories).  I received excellent customer service from Danielle Taylor.  She was even in contact with me on her day off at the end of the month when we were negotiating an out-the-door price between her dealership and another.  She was very professional throughout the process.  Because of the specific accessories, including remote starter, the installation needed to be correct.  This took a few additional days but I was contacted by the General Sales Manager, Tim Michael, to assure me that all was being taken care of and to keep us in the loop with the process.  That was a very nice personal touch.  At delivery Danielle actually went through the vehicle with us, as there were multiple customers taking delivery that day.  Angel from Finance was very professional with the document signing and everything went smoothly.  Price is very important when purchasing a car.  I would also put some weight behind service as well.  I would say this to other's looking at a Toyota: Do your research and shop the same vehicle around at multiple dealerships but if prices are similar between another dealership and Middletown Toyota, go with the guys and gals at Middletown.

Bought a 2017 Toyota from Middletown Toyota ...  Had a great experience starting with my sales person George Juridini.  Good person, and good source of all the information I needed.  Not a high pressure guy but showed the cars I wanted to see.  Spent all the time with me I needed.  Helped me sort through the options and pick out the ones I needed.  Told me things I hadn't thought of.  Shepherded me through the process and made it painless.  The other staff was great also.  Since then I have purchased a couple extras for the car and the parts department was similarly expert.  All around great experience ... Not the first car I bought there and won't be the last.

Friendly service. From walking in to driving out, I was given the high quality of service and respect expected of the Toyota Brand. Unlike at several other dealerships, the Sales Associate at Middletown Toyota, namesake, Bhavesh Patel, was attentive and listened, without being overly pushy. This resulted with me driving away very satisfied, in a truck that had everything I was looking and within budget.

I had a great experience at the Middletown Toyota dealership. George Miller is the guy you want to see! Hassle free and he gets you the deal you want, at the price you want! He knows what he's talking about and doesn't give you the run around. I highly recommend seeing George! Thanks for the great deal on our Toyota 4runner TRD Off road! We love it!

The Sales associate Bhavesh Patel did a great job in discussing through all lease options for Toyota Highlander and assisted me in getting one. The business team also does a great job by working with Toyota to get the lease approvals. I am extremely happy with the service provided at Middle Town Toyota.
