Very busy, convention in town. Too busy to shop comfortably. Haven't been to this one before. The store had a lot of merchandise, good selection. Again however just too busy parking lot was almost completely full. I like to shop quickly and I will continue to shop at Walmart but will not go back to this one.

Great place to buy, but don't ask for help, they are not going to help you find things or check stock for something you need. Bad customer experience! Walmart should send the secret shopper to check that, ask for something that run out on the sale point and see the excuse "everything we have is on the store, nothing in stocks". That is what a yellow clothed manager answered me after 30 minutes trying to find someone to help me. He was busy talking to a friend and laughing...

I live in Orlando and this is my Wal-Mart. This location is extraordinarily clean considering it gets bombarded with tourists and large tour groups. This week was crazy here in Orlando with the weather forecast and all stores were packed with people, however on more than one occasion I saw the employees helping customers pleasantly and smiling and keeping the atmosphere positive and light. One fabulous employee working the self-checkout area (which I would never want to deal with) carried my water over to the checkout, joked with my 9 year old, gave us gum and really made me love my store even more.

as far as Walmart's go this is probably the best Walmart I have ever been in it was huge. it had lots of good sales and found exactly what I needed. everything was nice and clean the bathrooms were immaculate. if I were in the area I would definitely go there again

One star is already a compliment for them. Literally the WORST customer experience I ever had!!! Purchased there with my e-gift card last week.Found out they charged me $50 more for a gift card I didn't buy. I called their custom service immediately, the representative told me I just need to go back there within two weeks and a manager will take care of everything for me. So I went back there yesterday, waited for more than 30minutes for nothing. They told me the person who's in charge wasn't there and asked me come back there tomorrow. I did as what they told me. I went back there again. This time I waited 2hours! They just let me standing in front of the customer service desk for TWO HOURS!!!! I had to push off my dinner with friends and standing there starving for two hours for nothing!! They gave me the same reason this time. Of course the person in charge of this wasn't there today. They ask me to leave my name and my number and saying that they will call me tomorrow as soon as the person comes in. Because of that, I need to standby all day tomorrow just to wait for the call and go back there again probably for nothing. Who knows how long I'll spend there tomorrow. But one thing for sure is I'll NEVER EVER go back there again after tomorrow. Walmart sucks!!!!!!!!
