Reviews

Terrible sevice and no emergency service for infants or elderly without gas. Better not move to the area without gas first which takes 3 days, even when no one tells you that you need gas. I thought utility providers had to have emergency service for Infants and elderly but apparently Washington Gas could care less if people get sick and die.

Their website is ALWAYS down when I'm ready to pay my bill, then I'll get an angry rep who tells me to utilize the website when I get a call stating my account is past due, I inform them that the website is always down and get no solution. Too bad I can't give zero stars.

I have 2 accounts but they credit one and charge a late fee every month. They also send letters and call and threaten to shut off the gas if I don't pay up. Very frustrating when I paid already.

Atrocious customer service. Currently waiting on them to figure out why they charged me $750 in distribution for my first month of service in a small home! Expect unfounded charges and unprofessional poorly-trained representatives.

My fiance was incorrectly billed for 13 months to her last residence. Was on hold for over 45 minutes while the rep couldn't find the account. We have to call my bank to dispute charges and possibly file a criminal investigation. Hands down terrible service!
