1st time at this store..i walked passed and asked the lady if they do somethin as simple as take links out of my watch and she was like yea 15 mins...so i get the links taken out and she pulls out a calculator im like hold on u charge to take links out and she says yea $10 to take 3 links out...i asked to have my links placed bk and the guy there says were still gonna charge...i asked him dnt u thnk that would be something you wanna tell ur customers b4 u do the service? What if i didnt have $10 then what were u gonna do take my $200 watch? He replied that "they dont tell the customer the price before the service"...SO PPL BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING STORE...ask for a definite price before services b4 u be stuck with a surprise price and have ur item held for ransom!!!! luckily it was only $10 but i feel that is very deceptive.

I brought a bracelet to be fixed and they fixed it where it would NOT OPEN. THEN, they wanted to charge me to fix what they had broken. NEVER BRING YOUR JEWELRY HERE! THEY ARE CROOKS!

Poor service. The man lacks professionalism and customer service. The lady has a power trip and is RUDE. They are crooks and scam artists!! Never do buissness there.

Despite what other people have written I think this place is pretty cool. I bought my boyfriend a Texas Tech watch here for Xmas and he gave me $30 off, then I bought a watch for me and he gave me $100 off of that one! And when Xmas came around and we realized we needed links out of the watches and a battery replacement for the Texas Tech watch he did it all for free and gave me a coupon for 30% off. Everything was fast and easy. no complaints from me.
