This place is completely unprofessional  and abusive. The Manager Ted Thomas is horrible, abusive and offensive to customers . They never showed up to the appointment,  never call me to reschedule the appointment. When I called the company they kept me on hold for a long time and when Ted Thomad got on the phone, he had forgotten all about the appointment, he became nasty and abusive, and told me no one was coming. Do not call this company obviously they have enough business they dont want anymore. No one should be subject to such treatment. I’m also notifying the BBB.

Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.

TERRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time!!!!!! Was told that the plumber would arrive between 10-1(kind of like cable), at 1:40 I get a call from dispatch saying the plumber was 30 mins away. 2:40 still nobody. So I called again, dispatch said driver was 15 mins away. 3:15 still no show! 3:25 driver calls and says he's 15 mins away.......30 mins later I called dispatch once again, they told me driver was 20 mins away......almost 4pm now, needless to say I canceled! Will 100% be giving my business to someone else!
