We are a 3rd generation family-owned, full-service plumbing contractor providing a complete range of plumbing and heating services.

Story

Since our inception in 1929, Sanitary Plumbing and Heating Corp’s great service and reliability have been a constant, anchoring us in the community as a go-to solution for plumbing installation, emergencies, & maintenance.

We are a 3rd generation family-owned, full-service plumbing contractor providing a complete range of plumbing and heating services to commercial and residential customers in Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn – ranging from residential homes to multi-story super structures. We also provide design build services that help our customers stay within their budgets.

I highly recommend and told my friends to use Sanitary Plumbing.  I had my toilet, sink and faucet replaced and a vanity added.   The plumbers did a fantastic job.  And contrary to other plumbers that I have used there was no hard sell to get me to buy from them.   When I asked for recommendations on where to buy, they gave me several names--no kickbacks.  The one I chose was an excellent choice.  Also, very friendly and cleaned up thoroughly before they left.
I must also add that I had great and immediate service whenever I called or emailed.
Sanitary plumbing is the only plumbing service that my Super uses and he is VERY picky.  I will be using them again for my kitchen renovation.

I have never, ever, been as pleased with my interactions with any company as I have been with Sanitary Plumbing.
     The office was responsive, communicative, clear, not condescending, and thorough over the course of numerous conversations. This company is clearly knowledgeable about what they do. On site, the two workers could not have been more polite or communicative, to say nothing of efficient and clean!! They were terrific. AND Sanitary was honest and fair. What more could you ask of a relationship?

The plumbers are very friendly when they show up and they seem pretty knowledgable, although they don't always show up when they say they will.
