i paid for extra roast beef. when i got home it wasn't there. i ordered it ahead of time and paid for it on the app . i still had to wait exactly the same time - the guy who ordered when i got in was next to receive his order... you broke my heart, wawa. i'll never forget this.

I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, buffalo chicken quesadilla as well as a double meat hoagie. A pack of Newport 100 from 20th and Hamilton location and my total was around $45. I believe I was overcharged at least $10. I was very disappointed by that. 😪

The people that make the sandwich and shakes do not change their gloves. I watched someone make someone’s sandwich that had pork and then wrap it up. Afterwards he grabbed the recipe with the same gloves and threw it in the trash. With the same exact gloves he started on another sandwich. Also, my milkshake didn’t have a cherry on it so I asked for one. The girl opened the fridge and used the same hand to dig out a cherry. Will not be returning to this wawa. Very unsanitary.
