RON & SONNY !! They offered excellent customer service in what I describe as a trying time. They worked efficiently and collaborated to make sure I had the best customer experience. They made not having my car for a day, not seem so bad. They answered all my questions thoroughly. That part of Broad street is kinda rough but they made it pleasant. THANX GUYS! I hope management sees this and offers meaningful incentive!!

These guys are idiots and made some very sexist remarks. I was teaching a friend how to drive stick and wanted get the clutch checked out afterwards. First thing the guys wants to know is if my friend was a woman. When I say no, he says 'ok thats good. If it was a woman the clutch would be ruined' The counter guy said that my clutch was burnt and that the transmission needed to be looked at. I was quoted $1600 in just labor. When asking if it needed replacing he flip flopped every sentence. When asking more about a burnt clutch, he said it could still have plenty of life left but it was just burnt. When I asked some clarification questions on what that meant, he got the guy who test drove it to come talk to me. When I spoke to the guy who test drove it, he said the clutch was fine but he 'heard a bang' when driving it. The only way to know what is going on is to spend $1600 to have him open it up. He couldn't give me any more info other than 'heard a bang.' I have never heard a this bang when I drive the car. Was looking for more info to make an educated decision if i actually needed to do this and they gave me nothing. Never coming back here. These guys are incompetent. Update: went to the Mazda dealership. They checked it out, did a full diagnostic and confirmed that THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH CLUTCH OR TRANSMISSION

I was confused as to the payment. I thought I paid for my tire when I ordered it online! When I picked it up I was told its just a hold and had to pay When I picked it up. They add a lot of fees on when you have it mount and balance it and put it on. 50.00 $ tire came out to 80.00 plus. Confused

I rate this store with excellent customer service. I came to the store looking for a light bulb for my blown tail light. A sales associate by the name of Andre was so kind to help me as I did not know which light to purchase. He explained to me the best light and reasonable price for my Toyota. I will be back for more auto parts in the near future
