I was almost out of gas. I went to go fill it, and they where fresh out. I had more gas then them. Anyways. I never had this issue at a gas station type place, especially 7-11. I’m sure it was just a glitch.

The ladies in here hate their job. If you don’t want it give it to someone who does. It’s too early to be greeted with an attitude. All of them that are working right now need to be fired and replaced with people who actually want to work. Except the gentleman who I saw be mistreated by the white chick with the glasses. My first time going in that one and it will definitely be my last. Left all my stuff cause I’m not spending my money there. I rather drive to the next one.

I try to use XactAir. I have spent $5.50, but this machine is not working. I asked store employees, and they said we can’t do anything; call the number you can see in the Xactair station. But I did not see any number. I just lost $5.50 without service. Disappointed. I never go back there. Maybe in the future too.

Horrible new workers. Manager has had very good dependable workers but they end up quiting because he over works them n has little regard for them. Now he has certain lazy workers that aren't customer friendly n act very stand offish. I've witness a customer get soda spilled on them due to machines not having proper upkeep. I've witness workers allowing friends get free items n many other shady things that although this was one of my favorite places to get gas n shop. I am now having to go elsewhere like racetrac or wawa a bit farther for me but I get better treatment n store is better kept.

Probably the sketchiest 7-Eleven I have ever been too. if you are a women do not go to this gas station! Please go to another gas station where is more safe! I’ve been to this 7-Eleven probably like 5 times maybe more. Every time I come here it’s always just weird and sketchy. People always arguing, screaming at the workers, pumping gas you witnessed alot of crazy stuff outside. People hang out where the trash is in the back, thats kinda weird, you will see alot of loud  puerto ricans in this gas station. I swear there are new workers here all the time! I can tell why they all quit because they have to deal with the people they come across too here. Yeah I guess you can say this gas station is ghetto honestly. Its just bad honestly.

The customer service was horrible.  They overcharged me for a donut. I thought all of the donuts were $1.09 because that was the only price lable in the cabinet. After my purchase I asked for a refund of the difference and they said that I should have asked first and refused to refund my money.  Then asked me to call the police if I wanted to.  Avoid this location at all costs.

Avoid this location at all costs. Food stations are disgusting. Coffee area smells like spoiled milk all the time. Bathrooms, disgusting. And the owner price gouges on cigarettes, and every other item in the store. This group of owners they have here in Kissimmee are a bunch of criminals.

Got a free slushie coupon for a medium cup and the register clerk says, "sorry we don't have any medium cups." I asked, "can I get a small cup then. He responded, "no."  thanks Jay! Race-track is down the street and has better quality service! Coupons are useless at this 7-eleven.

One of your employees I believe jimmy was her name was one of the rules person I met in my life I did not come at her an anyway and she just didn’t do any customer service
