Great sandwiches, free air, friendly atmosphere. However, more cashiers need to be on the floor. The wait time to get to the cashier after grabbing the items you want is unacceptable. By the fourth customer in line, there should be a register opened to assist. Some have only a few minutes to spare and they chose you over the competition around you. A valued customer should not routinely have to wait an extended period of time.

Generally I love wawa but while there I noticed it was relatively empty only 3 or 4 customers total. We ordered milkshakes and waited 20 min from the paid receipt was printed till our 2 milkshakes were done. From what I could tell there were no other food or drink orders as we were the only ones waiting for our drinks and the store itself was almost empty. After waiting 20 min for milkshakes, one of them was made incorrectly. After the first sip we knew it was bad and took another to determine if it was worth it to try and replace it. It was. So after the SECOND remake it took an additional 5 minutes for the person to make it, and there was no one else around at all. Not to mention the girl was moving slower than anyone I’ve seen period. The second drink was also made incorrectly and resulted in an additional 10 minutes of waiting! At this point we cut out losses and left. Probably won’t return to this wawa.

Great food, friendly staff and some of the best prices around. Always a pleasure. And get a Wawa sub, you won't be disappointed.
