This Panera is the one closest to my office so we often place "Rapid Pickup Orders" through their website for the office usually at least 10 of us order so there are quite a few meals in our bag by the time I go to pick up, today I placed the order and wrote each persons name in the "Prepared for" section and when I picked up our order every persons lunch was in their own bag stapled closed and with their name on the front. This made my task of sorting and handing out lunches a breeze when I got back to the office, this Panera rocks!! Thank you for your awesome customer service! Not to mention everything was 100% accurate which doesn't happen at a lot of other places we try for lunch.

Very dirty store. Very dirty bathrooms. Smells in this store. Food quality poor. Outside seating area always dirty. Horrible experience at this location. Skip and go to the Sandlike location. Much cleaner & friendlier staff.

This place is just like the other Panera's I've been, and it's 2 minutes from Florida Mall, so it's convenient for me to get food. The service is quick and accurate, the staff is friendly, and the location has a cozy atmosphere. There's also a wide selection of breads, pastries, drinks, and food, and it's all delicious. I have a problem with the AC though because it feels like the North Pole. Unlike other Panera Cafés, this one has a community room, which is great for conferences or college projects. I might come here more often 👍

Great atmosphere... Warm Welcome and great product... I recommend a Cinnamon Roll with a specialty coffee...

The staff here is friendly and the service is reasonably quick, however, the sandwiches at this location tend to be smaller than other Panera locations, or maybe I’m just noticing recently that they are smaller than they used to serve. They apparently bake their bread smaller so that they don’t have to put as much ingredients inside—higher profits . . . win-win for them, not the customer. The last few times I’ve ordered a sandwich from this location I did not receive a pickle either. This may not seem like such a big deal but I enjoy eating the pickle and I don’t appreciate paying for something I did not receive. I also don’t appreciate eating an entire sandwich then I’m still hungry.
