Rude staff. The line was 15+ people and all I wanted was a tall water so I waited at the end where they hand out drinks. I politely asked if I could just have a water cup and one of the staff said "Umm you can wait in line" very rudely. I work in the mall so I only had about a minute or two to get back to my store. I went to the hotel Starbucks and they gave me a water in about 20 seconds. Go to the hotel Starbucks across the way, nicer staff.

We had great and fast Service. Very Clean inside. Friendly staff. The Best coffee going. Always hit the spot.

The customers are very friendly the staff not so much. I don't normally order Starbucks so I asked for a hot coffee with milk sweet but not syrupy they offered some butterscotch coffee. It wasn't sweet so I asked for them to make it sweeter if possible the staff member was professionally rude with a bright smile and cut me off while I tried to explain my situation. I asked her 3 times what makes the drink sweet she didn't know and a nice customer explained the drink better and informed I may have to stir it to mix properly the customer was correct and was shocked the staff didn't know further explaining that most customers are regulars and it wasn't common for new customers to try them out but the staff should be more accommodating.

Very nice staff. When I got my coffee one of the ladies kept asking if I needed anything else? I was like "No". She was ready to help if I did need anything else,just to add it was Black FRIDAY Morning too,you would think they would be tired from serving everyone on this crazy day.
