I and my son and daughter-in-law purchased a new 2017 Ram in there on Labor Day and we absolutely love it!!!  We feel like we got a very fair deal and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!  They tried to please us in every way and couldn't have been more courteous!  Thanks to you Mike White and Steve in Finance department!!!

They spent a lot of time making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They listened to me, respected my opinion and gave me a very fair offer for my trade. I will definitely continue to do business with these guys!

Quick service. Friendly employees. Had a rotation and oil change done.  Work was satisfactory except that it would have been nice to fill my front tires with air though since my low tire pressure light was on when I picked it up.  Also wish they would fill out the  oil change interval sticker on the windshield. Besides these minor complaints it was a good overall experience.

We have a 2016 Dodge Ram and have had problems with the service department here.  Every time we need an oil change there is an issue. We have issues with the receptionist as well, due to the fact that we have been hung up on countless times before we ever make to the service department.  In the last 7 months, we've been having issues with our tailgate falling while we are driving down the road.  We have taken the truck in numerous times for this issue and every time they tell us nothing is wrong.  We've spoken with the manager and all we get is there isn't anything we can do.  They suggested we leave our truck there for 6-7 days but they aren't willing to give us a loaner.  They act as if they have never heard of this issue.  When researching this issue, Dodge is aware of the problem.  Not sure why the service manager can not take the time to google the same info that we are googling to prove this is an actual issue.  Our truck is currently there for the tailgate issue... I'll keep you posted with the outcome.

My aunt and uncle purchased a brand new 2016 Charger from here. They had quite a bit of negative equity in their trade due to the high mileage it had but that proved to be no problem. The sales manager gave them a deal no one else could touch and the finance manager got them better financing than they could even get from their OWN credit union!! Great people I will trust time and time again! Thank you so much Dodge! I will send anyone I know here.
