Wayne's is the best place to go - independently owned and only uses the best, local products (Amsoil for oil changes)! The loaner cars at no cost are a huge plus. I drop my car off and go on my way. I would highly recommend them. Great service. Great people.

Wayne's the place to go in Grand Rapids MN
Wayne's has been honest with the timeline/time-frame of immediate fixes to fixes that can be put-off, but they also will always call first to confirm the customer wants the fix that day. In addition in my experience Wayne's fixes it right the first time, so at times you may pay a little more, but you will not be making multiple trips back to the shop for the same issue.

First time at waynes and from the call in to picking my truck up top notch service. Got a quote on some repairs which was very cost effective! I'll be back to see you Rick, thanks for the great service!

Brought a vehicle in to get it looked at told them what I believed it was and needed a quote came back 2 or so hours later and the car hadn't been looked at so another 2 hrs went by and It was near closing time and I got a quote for an absurd amount of money they didn't test drive the car but said they did got my car and drove it down the road and got the exact same maintenence done for 350$ cheaper then what they wanted 
Let me reinstate this it's a total rip off 40$ dollars or more to look over your vehicles and will be going Else were in the future that doesn't up charge there parts and has the highest labor rate in town and yes it was what I stated it was oil pressure sensor and gasket good day

Great service, very knowledgeable, wait staff is easy to talk to and understand. Would definitely recommend them.
