At Victory Auto Service & Glass in Chanhassen, Brooklyn Park, Fridley, Ham Lake and Maplewood, we are fortunate to specialize in the auto repair and maintenance of ALL makes and models of vehicles, both foreign and domestic. We also repair and replace auto glass.

As the premier auto specialty shops in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area, our highly trained auto mechanics take pride in providing award-winning auto repair. Not only do we perform simple oil changes and are a brake shop, but we also perform a wide variety of other services and repairs, everything from transmission repair to muffler repair to simple oil changes.

I asked for an oil change.  Victory asked if there was anything else.  I responded by saying the vehicle had a starter/battery issue.  I drove the vehicle to the shop.  Victory said they'd call when they knew more.  I called when they closed because they hadn't called me.  An hour and a half after closing, I get a call from Victory saying they were going to leave the vehicle on a trickle charge overnight.  No mention of the oil change.  Noon the next day, I get a call from Victory saying the vehicle is dead and to fix it would be the cost of a starter, battery, and labor.  Oh, and the oil change.  I said that I'd like to get the oil changed and not the starter and battery fixed.  Victory said, "Do you even want to get the oil changed?  I mean, it doesn't even start."  I then went to the shop to pick up my dead vehicle that I dropped off with the shop two days prior.  $150 bucks for the inspection (a very fair price), and no oil change, I have a vehicle that is dead.  My experience with their quality of work was unbelievable, impressive, and amazing.  My experience with their customer service was incredible.

Would have given them 5 stars if they weren't so expensive. Example: Changing one headlight on my Chevy Traverse cost $75 at this place and would have cost $25 to change the same headlight at Valvoline.
Honest (no. Really.) You know it's fixed after they fix it. I've been going there for over 2 years and they have never given me any problems.

My interactions with Mike & Brian and the whole team at Victory Service & Glass in Brooklyn Park have been nothing but enjoyable. I have never been loyal to an auto service location until now. Everyone here is knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. I truly feel like they want me to be informed about my car before making a decision. And on top of all this, their rates are great. I'm sure there are cheaper options out there, but I will continue to bring my business here.

Experienced an ignition issue that would not allow spark in a 2000 Honda Civic. Mike was contacted which he quickly responded that a tow truck would be sent and a subsequent diagnosis provided which resulted in a distributor being the culprit. A new one was installed as well as oil changed due to excessive fuel in the crankcase. It was also diagnosed that a wheel bearing was extremely worn and recommened it be replaced. At no time did I feel pressured to have any/all the services performed and it was an overall great experience dealing with Mike at Victory. FYI, I had the wheel bearing replaced too. Will definitely be a return customer.

I took my car in to get some work done on it. I worked with a fellow named Mike. He was extremely professional and went over and Beyond what I had expected. I will absolutely recommend this shop to my friends and family. You can really see that Mike enjoys his job. He has fun with his his team and they appreciate him as well.
