I had yet another wonderful experience. With very bitter temps lately one of our family vehicles was not running and had a weak battery. Rob knew I worked from home as daycare provider and knew it can be tricky for me to make arrangements. Rob and his guys came to my home, jumped my car and then brought it to the shop to repair in under an hour! When it was completed, they DELIVERED my vehicle back to me. They even topped off my air in my spare tire as the saw the message alert on my dash. I also saved $25 with their awesome punch card as well. Thank you Precision for the great care!

Went in for a break job thinking the rotors were warped & needed replacing. Was informed just a little rust buildup was the only concern. The shop suggested that I really should be good for about another 20 to 30K more miles.
Expected a bit of a bill & had a very nice surprise. Nice to have an honest auto repair shop nearby.

Great service! Rob services our company vehicles. I get a text message at 6:30 on a Saturday night saying “ One of my employees noticed one of your trucks has a headlight out.” Thanks for looking out for us. Great company.

I have always receive fair and friendly service from Rob and his staff at Precision Auto Repair. I enjoy the fact that they are very truthful about my vehicles and not just trying to sell me something. I also love that Precision Auto Repair supports their community by supporting local non profits and youth organizations.

It was the closest shop to where my car decided to break down, and I am happy it was there. They got me in right away, fixed my car within 24 hours, plus they put new tires on my SUV after I added the service, hours later. The prices were reasonable but the customer service was beyond what I expected. They were patient and honest...plus they did not nickel and dime me for things my car didnt need. I paid a little more to save a headache, and the dogs in the waiting room help you forget about your troubles. I have recommended Precision Auto to my family and friends for both repairs and new tires.
