A+++ hospital! Everyone is very nice and I'm always seen immediately. I would never go anywhere else!

Outpatient lab services, imaging, and day surgery staff have always been awesome the multiple times I have used each. Some recognize me and say hello. Same for registration staff but I almost always pre-register by phone. ED staff was stellar too recently. Nurses, aides, and doctor were attentive after I was admitted. Care was top notch compared to other local hospital stays and the comparison is not close. Only bad experience at Waynesboro was with a young lady working in the ED last year. She had a ridiculous attitude for no reason while registering me. It was nothing but I hope it was a singular incident because it was undeserved. Humorously, I have since seen her around the hospital and have thought about asking her to coffee. She is rather pretty and smiles always. Just not that day.

I had my second child there and wouldn't go anywhere else. The tub room is perfect for laboring moms. The midwives, OB doctors, and nurses are amazing. The nurses were with us every step of the way and very compassionate about their job.

I am doing this pathetic excuse for a hospital a favor by even giving it one star. The ER nurses were very friendly and compassionate to my medical situation, and the first doctor I saw was also kind and treated me fairly. However, I was there during shift change in the ER and the second doctor that came to talk to me about my CAT scan results and lab tests was anything but compassionate. This disgusting waste of medical expertise practically called me a liar without actually saying it when I questioned her so called test results. It's funny how the first doctor was pretty much ready to admit me based on my physical symptoms, which was clearly a Chron's Disease flareup, which I would know since I have had this since 1997, yet the second person which does not even deserve the title of doctor told me ( in broken English I might add), that there was nothing wrong with me, that it was just a stomach virus.A stomach virus? Seriously? So, I have had a "stomach virus" for the last 20 years huh? This moronic piece of garbage should really learn first of all, to speak the English language better. Secondly, she should learn to actually listen to her patients and not make a diagnosis based on tests that she did not even order, much less would have had time to read, since the CAT scan was only done maybe 15 minutes upon her arrival in my room. It was clear that she simply did not want to treat me, or even hear what I had to say. In closing, I will give credit where it's due by saying the nursing staff was awesome, and the first doctor I saw, named Michael Coriale did a great job to help me with treating the pain I was experiencing. As for the idiot that called herself a doctor, named Rosanna Pau, you really need to first go back to medical school and learn a little more, then perhaps you should also consider touching up your people skills, as it is apparent you have none. Better yet, why don't you just go back to Vietnam, China, or whatever Asian country you are from, and let the real doctors who know what they are doing actually help people? I will never go back to this hospital even if my life depends on it, and strongly advise anyone needing emergency medical care to consider going to Chambersburg or another town and not waste their time at this place!
