The worst bank/credit union I've ever used. Mobile banking is useless, customer support is garbage, and they changed my password without even telling me. Long-winded review below. When you walk into a branch, the tellers likely won't be able to help you, instead they'll direct you to a private booth with a phone to call the main call center. The support will sometimes bounce you from person to person, none of which can seemingly help you. Their mobile app is absolutely useless since the more useful features of modern online banking are locked out until you apply for access to these features on the website in a specific order (that isn't mentioned anywhere!). For example- In order to deposit a check via mobile, you have to enroll on the website. My enrollment was denied because apparently I need to enroll for E-Statements first. When i tried to enroll with E-statements, that part of the website wouldnt load in. I called a branch and was placed on hold, and still havent had the issue resolved. I applied for a credit card and was bounced between four different people, who told me that the card was sent out a week ago, and also that I never submitted the application(two weeks after I submitted it). They clearly had no clue what was going on. Even receiving a debit card took three weeks, over six phone calls, and I ended up getting TWO cards. I ended up making an account with BB&T and got everything taken care of within a single week. Perhaps even worse than that; they changed the password to my account WITHOUT TELLING ME. I had to go into the local branch, who of course just put me on the phone with their call center to get my password re-changed so I could ACCESS OWN BANK ACCOUNT. One star is too high of a rating for WE Florida Financial, and were it not for a loan I have through them, I'd have consolidated all my money into BB&T a long time ago.

Some of the staff is really awesome, but I had a terrible time with an employee there being rude because of my name and my replacement debit card took 14 full days to get here and arrived with no pin. I also can never connect with a person on the phone in less than 25 minutes. Going on almost 45 today because it keeps disconnecting me from the system.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I never have to wait long to be assisted and I've done several loans with them that have been easy to obtain.

Ive been without power for 12 days (due to hur Irma). On day 10 FPL finally told me that i needed an electrician. Day 11 I got an electrician who advised they needed to pull permits. Day 12 went to BofA to notarize permit application. I explained my emergency situation and was told I had to schedule an apt later that day, that the notary was booked..... as I watched the notary wander the lobby and begin helping someone at the ATM. Went to a different bank and it was done in 5 mins. Thank you WeFlorida Financial credit union for understanding and helping.

This bank is primarily an online bank with a poor system most banking is done over the phones with a very annoying looping system. Luckily their saving grace are their tellers who work very hard to make their members happy. Shelby at the Wilton manors location has been a saving grace for me, from clearing checks, to helping with an auto loan she has personally saved their review from being 1 star.
