This is a wonderful institution.  The native reviews do not represent the entire organization.  The long wait times unit occur during their peak busy hours, like all businesses. Once you learn when those times are, the lines move fast enough.  They are always pleasant, and extremely helpful.  When my family and I was going through a rough financial patch,  during a time I was unemployed, Space Coast Credit Union wanted to give me an account with all sorts of crippling restrictions on it.  This institution gave me two accounts with no restrictions. That was several years ago, and I have been a member ever since. I'm not going anywhere else.

Honestly I am trying my best to like this bank but I think it's a mistake I will definitely be changing it. I hate going there because I sit there no less than 3 hours waiting, disputes that other banks find time to resolve in no time they take 2 weeks to resolve. I hate calling them because waiting time is. 34 and 45 minutes. Staff is rude like dam I don't want to deal with all that stuff.

Tried to like this place. Always a line, no matter what time. Both ATMs do not work, one has not in service and the one outside always gives errors when you put your card in. I've watched multiple people try this ATM, so it's not my, brand new, ATM Card. I go to other BrightStars, no problem. When you get on the urban side of town this happens. Same thing at Bank of America, right down the road.

STAY FAR AWAY!! This is the worst bank EVERRR! About a week ago i went in to have a scheduled procedure done. I only needed to pay $250 out of my account. Well my card was declined even tho i had sufficent funds since i had been saving for this. Tried to use the atm it said "unavailable" turns out bank thought it was a fraud and sent a text message. Ok. After i said YES through the automated text that this was not fraud still wouldnt work. I WAS ALMOST ARRESTED due to the fact that i could not pay the $250 bill. What made it even worse is bright star customer service was not available at 2pm on a SATURDAY. So i could not even call to have proof that it was due to my card. Finally after 2.5 hours the payment went through. Then the next week follows and i have been locked out of the online banking app for about 5 days now even though im putting in the correct password. The reason i know it was correct because i was able to get in using a computer but couldnt get in using their app
I told them about my ordeal all they could say was im so sorry. Decided to reset my password. Ok 1 DAY LATER i am locked out again. This time from the computer but i can get through the app just fine. I highly DO NOT reccomend. U cannot see ur statements online to know anything about your account as you will end up being locked out for no reason even after a password reset :\   definitly wont be using this bank anymore.
