The merger did not benefit us at all. When it was People's Credit Union they were great, the service was amazing... you got lots of face to face interaction. Ever since this awful merger with We Florida Financial the service has been terrible, so many unreasonable fees are charged... I mean... it just sucks. Trying to talk to a live person is an awful exercise in frustration. I'm definitely walking away from them!!! Can't stand it any longer!!!!! I HAVE TO GIVE THEM AT LEAST ONE STAR IN ORDER TO POST.... WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!!

The worst bank/credit union I've ever used. Mobile banking is useless, customer support is garbage, and they changed my password without even telling me. Long-winded review below. When you walk into a branch, the tellers likely won't be able to help you, instead they'll direct you to a private booth with a phone to call the main call center. The support will sometimes bounce you from person to person, none of which can seemingly help you. Their mobile app is absolutely useless since the more useful features of modern online banking are locked out until you apply for access to these features on the website in a specific order (that isn't mentioned anywhere!). For example- In order to deposit a check via mobile, you have to enroll on the website. My enrollment was denied because apparently I need to enroll for E-Statements first. When i tried to enroll with E-statements, that part of the website wouldnt load in. I called a branch and was placed on hold, and still havent had the issue resolved. I applied for a credit card and was bounced between four different people, who told me that the card was sent out a week ago, and also that I never submitted the application(two weeks after I submitted it). They clearly had no clue what was going on. Even receiving a debit card took three weeks, over six phone calls, and I ended up getting TWO cards. I ended up making an account with BB&T and got everything taken care of within a single week. Perhaps even worse than that; they changed the password to my account WITHOUT TELLING ME. I had to go into the local branch, who of course just put me on the phone with their call center to get my password re-changed so I could ACCESS OWN BANK ACCOUNT. One star is too high of a rating for WE Florida Financial, and were it not for a loan I have through them, I'd have consolidated all my money into BB&T a long time ago.

Can never get anybody to pick up a phone to reinstitute my online banking app. They of course had a working system, but then rolled out their own with horrible success so far. Come back City County Credit Union.

Calling for online login help. The phone will ring 20 times before sending you to an automatic answering system. If it is on an automatic answering system then why must it ring for 5 minutes straight? Then after the machine finally answers once you click your desired selection it disconnects you and when you call back you have to again wait the 5 minutes of straight ringing in your ear. Most inefficient customer service I have ever experienced.

I have be with this credit union for over 25 years and have never experienced any off the problems other people are stating. I have financed numerous vehicles and have always had excellent customer service. They have monitored my account well and quickly detected some fraudulent activity as it was happening on my debit card. Kudos to them!
