Customer service was great! They did make a error but was fixed pretty quick.  Julissa you are great! You helped me out with all me needs and gave me a great deal! Thank you also Esraa for making me feel customer service was at its finest!! You guys rock!!

Bought a king size bed frame with pull out drawers on the bottom, pillow top mattress and 2 night stands, spend $1200 plus $35 delivery/install  not even 1 week passed by bed breaks in the middle of the night its been almost a month and still waiting for new bed resistors very bad experience very unhappy if you buy a bed you dont spend that money for it to last you 1 wee,. They said thats a normal problem with eastern king size beds.

If you are looking for great customer service keep on looking.  You will not find it here.  I purchased a bed frame, box spring and headboard from this store.  I asked for a white box spring and was told that is what I was going to get.  I ordered a pearl white headboard and asked "is this headboard textured?  because we hate the textured crocodile looking vinyl we have seen on some headboards?"  The person we ordered from assured us it was not textured, he even pointed to some smooth leather couches and said it is a smooth headboard like that. 

One week later our order came in, the box spring was brown.  When told we ordered white, he said "well this is what we got, they are making them this color and I can't do anything about it" .  I said okay, I guess I can live with that.  We took everything home and when we took the headboard out of the box......It was a textured crocodile pearl headboard.  Exactly what we had said we did not want and it was too small.

I called the store immediately and was told by a young lady that she would call the guy we ordered from because he was at another store and they charge a $30 restocking fee.  He calls me and I explain the problems with our order.  I tell him that even though the box spring is not the color he said it would be, we would keep it and the frame, but the headboard was a no.  We could not keep a headboard that was not what we were told it would be.  He tells me that the restocking fee is $90 and I cannot get any money back, it would be store credit.  I understand no returns, but these mistakes were the stores and this guy is talking to us like "Oh well, this is what we got, take it!"  

Horrible customer service, I told him I rather keep the headboard and give it away than take his terrible offer.  They missed out, I still needed to purchase a dining table set, a living room set and bookcases.  I will be shopping elsewhere, somewhere that knows what customer service is and guarantees you will receive what you asked and paid for.
