My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Kharye Dunlap at an open house. We had thoughts of selling, but hadn’t come to a concrete decision, yet. In the meantime of our decision to sell, Kharye kept us abreast to what was happening in the market. When we decided to sell our home and work with Kharye, we were more than happy with our communication, his marketing skills, as well as his network. He never ceased to amaze us. He was able to sell our home within a month of listing. But, that’s not all. He even helped us purchase our next home within three months. Overall, I love the fact that he gets us. He’s now a dear friend to us.

Tom Spier is an ethical, committed, and persistent agent, who knows the industry inside and out, is dedicated to meeting your home selling or buying needs, and will not quit until you are happily living in a home you love. Two years ago, Tom sold my house in a matter of days. He helped me navigate multiple offers, and created an entire selling process I felt good about. Earlier this year, he helped me find a condo, after we searched for just the right place for me for one and a half years. Yes, he is that patient, because his work is about more that completing transactions. He genuinely cares about people, and wants them to be happy in their homes. I give Tom my highest recommendation, and if I ever bought or sold a home again, there would be only one person for me to call -- Tom Spier.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Tom Spier of GreenLine Real Estate for six years. He is by far the best realtor I have worked with. He has been above and beyond an ideal realtor for all my purchases and sales. Tom has negotiated many transactions for me and my family and friends. Not one disappointing experience and he has spent relentless hours, day and night negotiating and working out details of some complicated transactions for me and my clients. Tom Spier is a true professional with many years of experience in DC metropolitan area. His flawless knowledge of real estate, building construction and attention to every small detail of the deal and focus on his clients needs along with a genuine caring attitude along with being truly dedicated to his profession makes him unique in his field. Tom Spier and the team at Greenline were -- by far - the best realtors I've ever used. Not only did Tom go the extra mile on every piece of paperwork, every detail on an inspection and every silly question we asked, but he also gave us frank advice that flew in the face of a quick sale and a quick buck. Tom is a stellar realtor, but more importantly a fantastic person. The latter is crucial for anyone who is committing to spend hours, weeks and months with someone in pursuit of a new home!
