I live in Colorado and being out of state we needed to do most communication via phone, email and text. I found that Weichert/Porter exceeded all expectations. Yvette Lowe kept me well-informed. I was immediately updated of transaction communication and she came to me with all appropriate questions in a timely fashion. My daughter in Alabama was my proxy and Yvette took a significant amount of time showing her properties, communicating with both of us through all transactions through to closing. I could write much more but the gist of my opinion is that I was extremely happy with the realtor services provided.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Weichert Realty. Carole Harrison , our realtor, helped us price and prepare our home . We sold to the first person that looked at it on the first day it was listed !!! Can't do better than that....except we did...it sold for more than asking price. Would definitely recommend Weichert Realty and Carole Harrison if you want a thoroughly professional team.

Yvette was awesome! She loves her work, and she genuinely loves people!!
With her help we quickly found the perfect home for us! 
I was so impressed with her work that recommended her to a family member who was selling his home. After meeting her he was quick to say that I may gave recomnended Yvette,  but she sold herself!
(Thanks to Yvette his has already found irs proud new owners.)
I only wish that more people in sales had her dedication, enthusiasm and integrity.
What a pleasure it would be do business.
