About a year ago my husband and I, both working professionals, met with Weingarten Associates in their clean, comfortable, and quiet home office. They went beyond just answering our questions in a professional manner, but actually taught us many things we never considered. Ken gave us unbiased advice on our financial goals, investments, and tax planning. We also required help preparing a unique tax return amendment, and that was handled expeditiously as well. If you’re considering meeting with a financial adviser, I can’t recommend them enough. A year later we are still thankful we met with them. Ken & Trina are two of the warmest, knowledgeable, caring individuals you could hope to find. As a young family with two kids, we began to question our ability to have a secure retirement and still do all the things we wanted to. We searched for a financial planner who would be less concerned with where our money went than where our money would take us. We are so happy we found Ken & Trina. They listened, they advised, they got us on a path to a bright future, and we are so much better off today because of them. As my parents approached retirement age, it became apparent that they needed advice, lots of it. They started going to see Ken & Trina, and they are in a much better place because of it. My mother no longer worries about eating cat food in the future. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Weingarten Associates.

I've been working with Ken and Trina Weingarten since 2004. Transitioning to a financial planner was a huge step and I was hesitant at first to share personal and financial information. But without a doubt, Weingarten Associates is the best investment I ever made! Ken and Trina have helped me organize my financial life, establish important goals, and maintain my plan. They are professional, caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Always accessible and responsive -- they never fail to impress me with their patience and sensitivity. Ken and Trina's services are an excellent investment! I was hesitant at first, not sure if the cost was justified, as I am single and certainly not wealthy. But they worked with me to develop a plan that suited me perfectly, and the best part is that it is succeeding without my ever having to worry about it. They are very clear about what they suggest and why, and also help me clarify my needs and wishes--and they revisit these regularly, tweaking the plan as my needs change. It's a great relief to know they are at the helm, both guiding me and keeping track of what needs to be done.

Ken and Trina got to know us, our situation, and our aspirations, then used their comprehensive understanding of financial management and tax issues to allow us to enter retirement with full confidence that we will be able to live the lives we want. Putting the burden of financial planning in the hands of these astute and helpful professionals was an excellent decision. Ken's reorganization of our portfolio and Trina's logical approach to tax planning have been so successful that their fees have essentially "paid for themselves."
