I went to this branch only to receive the run around because of their incompetence. I called the 1-800 number first to see if it was something my local branch can help me with which they told me "yes". Only to find out the staff there was unhelpful and had little knowledge in general.

Overall, only go to this branch for the ATM because the people inside are terrible.

I attempted to report potential fraud at this location and was hung up on repeatedly by their automated phone system.  When I was about to give up, some one picked up and then transferred me to a non-working number.  For their customer's sake I hope this is not indicative of how concerned Bank of America is about the security of your money.
