See weirton transit buses drive right past my house 5 days a week i stopped in the city hall office and got told they dont service my location. I live off route 2 my address is Weirton and they drive right past my house every day. I'm on disability and know a neighbor In new Cumberland that gets the service this establishment provides. I was told because I'm outside city limits of Weirton. ? I tried explaining my social security disability insurance and they were not listening and I got denied service didn't get a reference. One lady did get up go to map and say we don't have any stops there where you live but I was pushed out door rudely while trying to explain seeing them drive past my house couple times a day I will try to call this time and maybe change this review but part of Customer service is the customer
