The SLOWEST bunch of people work the teller windows. Heard this location is closing over the summer which doesn't surprise me. most the woman are in lala land. The bankers who work at the desk had been very helpful and kind and didn't seem to waste my time. I'm disappointed this convenient location is closing but like i said not surprised.

I do not write reviews ever, but the quality of service I received has been so poor I had to write a review. Very bad customer service, Mary Ann, one of the tellers, was very disrespectful, threw my Wells Fargo business bag on the counter, as well as my ID. It takes way too long to do a business deposit. Agreed that they need to be trained better. I honestly have no idea why a transaction that should take no longer then 5 minutes, takes 15-20min. 
Branch over on division and 122nd has my business deposit done in less then 2 min. 
Every single time I come here it takes 15-20 min!

I received some of the best customer service ever - from any bank, in this Wells Fargo branch. Awesome staff and decent parking behind facility.

Tellers are not trained for dealing properly with business accounts. I will not be banking with this branch again
