Was helped by a very engaging and polite asian woman. All my needs were met in a timely manner and with professional courtesy. Sometimes there's a line, but the area can get crowded. Open on Saturday? Winning!

Good teller and good service!

I had to stop in to make a withdrawal and speak with someone about my credit card. I was promptly greeted, and as there was no line, I was able to talk with someone immediately. Reid helped me out, and he provided some of the best customer service I've experienced at a bank. He was cordial and I could tell his interest was in helping me. 

Not only that, but the guard outside was smiling also. 

I felt compelled to write this review because I was hesitant to use this bank due to other bad reviews. Having gone, I'd like to share the positive experience.

stole money out of my account for a maintenance fee. said they contacted me, but didn't. Wont refund the money, do business elsewhere. crooks. Almost $100 in "fees" that they never wanted to tell me about.

Also they made me wait 45 minutes to talk to someone on the phone. This whole company doesn't value the customer do business elsewhere.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!  I've tried repeatedly to call them and ask them just a simple question and no one answers the phone.  Really bad customer service.
