I have opened many accounts (business, IOLTA, credit card, savings, etc.) at this branch and highly recommend it.  Great people, super helpful and take the time to address my specific needs every time I'm in there.  Most of my dealings have been with Banker Carlos Preciado.  He is awesome.

I work for a summer business for youth  scholarships and we've been working with Wells Fargo banks for years. The person who was supposed to help me have me a hard time (really rude) because she didn't want to count my quarters ($4)!  She said that they don't except quarters without the sleeve but I told her we have been doing this for years and don't put less than $10 of quarters in a $10 quarter roll. I ended up going to the other branch and the teller there told me that they get many complaints about the same branch (this branch). Just a heads up

In light of all wells Fargos recent scandals at least they still have horrible customer service
