This is BY FAR!!!!! the worst branch that I have ever been to in my life!!!!! Do not go there!!$ They will destroy your opinion of Wells Fargo as a whole. The bankers there are VERY POORLY TRAINED,they don't care to fix the mistakes that they make. I made the horrible mistake of going there to open a business account. The IDIOT associate that attended me,I believe her name is Giselle,I don't remember too well(frankly,I wish I could forget the whole ordeal). She put my business down as a non-profit. Knowing very well that it was a trucking business!!! Who starts a non-profit trucking business!!??? Because of her mistake,I've been waiting for over a month for my Prepaid credit card,who trained this person to ASSUME!!??? AND WHY ASSUME??? I will NEVER BANK AT WELLS FARGO E ER AGAIN. AND FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE,I WILL URGE ANYONE TO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO. Especially THAT BRANCH!!! SHUT THEM DOWN!!! OR AT LEAST FIRE HER AND WHOEVER TRAINED THAT INCOMPETENT PERSON!!! Ive gone back several times to urge them to please send my card already and they keep giving me the runaround.Once again THW WORST BRANCH I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED.... BY FAR!!!!!

Wells Fargo is an unfriendly bank, they show no appreciation for their customers. They do not value their customers. Very very unfair banking.

Hello, I am posting this review and writing corporate office of my visit today. I entered the bank at 1:30 pm for notary services. The young lady Rose took my name and advised the only notary in the bank (who was with clients) that I was waiting. The notary knew I was waiting because Rose and another service rep both acknowledged that they advised Edgardo Garcia that I was waiting, At 2:10, Mr. Edgardo finished with clients and exited the bank (while the lobby was full and others waited for notary services). I informed the Bank Service Manager, Mario Mendes of the events and he said he would check with Edgardo. Mr. Edgardo returned to the bank at 2:25 pm carrying a bag with lunch from Pollo Tropical, walked past me to the employee area of the bank in the back. Mr. Mario advised me that I would have to wait to Mr. Edgardo finished his lunch to be helped. Mr. Mario asked if it was convenient for me to go to another bank (the others waiting for notary services left). I live in Northside and this branch is the neighborhood branch; this branch is convenient. Several times Mr. Mario exited the back to talk with me where I advised him that this service is unacceptable and that I would be writing corporate offices. Mr. Mario acknowledged that he wished he had more than one notary and that he, himself would be upset of the wait. Mr. Edgardo finally exited the back and returned to the floor (after the bank was empty) at 3:30 pm; please keep in mind the bank closes at 4:00 pm on Saturday. Mr. Edgardo called me at 3:33pm and was done at 3:35pm. It took two minutes to notarize my document. I asked Mr. Edgardo to note the time he notarized the document; which he refused. I asked to see Mr. Mario (the manager) and got him to note the time of service on his business card. I left the bank at 3:40pm. I waited TWO HOURS and TEN MINUTES for a service that took two minutes to perform. I did not get an apology and no one seemed to take exception to my treatment. I'm sure there are those who would say I should have left. I was not going to miss the opportunity to notify Wells Fargo corporate officials of the subpar, unacceptable customer service that the customers at the Northside Branch of Wells Fargo are currently experiencing. I encourage others to post their experiences as I will post this message in every social media medium possible. Perhaps our branch can be as courteous as in other neighborhoods.
