Only 2 windows open this morning. I get in the line to deposit cash into someone else's account. I don't know the rules about deposits since its not my bank and my bank don't pressure you to get out the line to get a deposit slip . I was trying to tell her its not my account and I just wanted to do this small thing. She keep going about the no more cash deposits if you not a member only wire transfer. First off its early if you wanted to help the line get your butt on one of tellers and clear it instead of explaining something no one was listening too or just get the slip for me like the td bank employees does. But the teller did the deposit slip for me so it was fine.

Terrible people working in there . I only opened up an account with them because my dad forced me to. But the customer service in there is terrible . They don’t care about you they only care about whether you’re depositing your money to them that’s it . After that your problem is not their problem.

Service was very poor, showed up with my elderly mother who is diesable, and can barely walk. I walked in at maybe 15 minutes before branch closing time, as Ive done before, a nice black male tried to help us get a temp card. We were asked to have a seat and wait to be called , so we did so . At 4:00 pm the branch manager if that's what you call her "Maria" very unprofessionally approached us and said they couldn't help us cuz it was 4pm. I explained my moms condition and the fact she needs a temp card for a doctors appointment. She had no consiration on her candition said she couldn't help us. And that was that, she said if you want you can take all your money out, it took till 4:17 for them to Give me my moms money, I've been to the branch on Alton rd and on 75th and Collins , and normally it's taken even shorter time to get a card. I think it was laziness of that unprofessional manager, lack of work ethics. We have never in 15-20 years been rejected service at any Bank of America branch, not so much me but my mother . How do you just reject someone so Ill and disabled only cuz you are lazy. As of tomorrow, we will change banks! Bank of America for the future train your staff just little more on how to Treat disabled customers. Train them on some professional customer service , because it might have been cuz she was tired of a long day. But her attitude and the way we were treated was extremely unprofessional and totally left a horrible experience. Definitely changing banks due to this experience. Thank you, Very unsatisfied customer

Clean. Efficent. Also has 2 ATM with Teller assistance. Great to have to help move things faster. ATM outside as well. Great location plenty of parking. Had an emplyee walking around with a hand held pad to assist also.
