Horrible experience every single time one must go inside to do a transaction. Always line of people, 2 or 3 tellers top working taking their sweet time. The security and managers are rude. There is no parking outside most of the time. Save the trip and use the atm or go elsewhere

Worst bank experience ever! First of all there this mean sterio type black security lady that was discriminating me by the way I look. Because she thought that I had a weapon, and she didn't ask anyone else if they had a weapon and there were more crazier and thuggish looking people than me . That doesn't finish there she kept on harrising me that I was talking too loud and I wasn't. Also she was threating to tow my vehicle which I didn't even park in the handicap plus I was a customer there. She was very rude to me but not my brother. Btw as I said on top she didn't even ask my brother if he had a weapon . The service was good except for that SOB security lady. That is why I put one star.

Management is very incompetent and rude on top of everything. bank lacks consistency in the way they provide their services and their reasoning. Bank personnel lacks  understanding of what federal regulations consist of. Avoid this bank Branch

Long waits (30-40 minutes) at counter are commonplace, especially during lunch hours. Manager and supervisors are aware but do nothing.
