This branch happens to be one of my favorite, been banking with them for a quite while now and they never short staffed.

I went into the Hesperia branch on Main street to make a deposit when employee named Melissa called me next to the window. I observed her immediate lack of customer service when she did not greet me and she was not wearing a name tag. Then a few moments later her tone of voice and her facial expressions just topped it off! She was very unprofessional like she hated her job and she didn't care if everyone knew it. If you want to be treated right in my opinion and experience go to the Chase bank across the street, the difference in attitude and professionalism is outstanding. Good job Chase and Wells Fargo you need help asap, your bank is already in hot water as it is and you need all the real customers now more than ever!!!!!

My favorite Bank. All the tellers seem to know me. I am always addressed by my first name, and it's pronounced correctly. Thus shows they really have taken the time to know me and are not just reading it from a script. All my business questions and personal questions have been answered here. Air always leave with a smile.

Almost everyone in this bank is very professional and friendly. However, a teller by the name of Caleb Bellot is very rude, lazy, and unprofessional. For anyone that deposits or uses the business line, just line up on the regular line otherwise you will not be helped. Furthermore, Caleb Bellot literally ignores you if you have a large sum of cash, and if he does decide to assist you, he'll be very rude and will give you rude remarks. Celeb Bellot is completely unprofessional and not capable of doing his job; For example, every-time he assist me another teller has to come and help him to perform the deposit, If you decide to come to this bank, all the other tellers are nice and professional, just try to steer away from CALEB BELLOT
