CU of Texas is by far the best financial institution I have come across for all of my banking needs.  I currently reside in California, but I still turn to CU of Texas.  I would like to give a big shout out to Jennifer Elwood in Team 8 who by far exceeded my expectations in refinancing my auto loan from one of the largest credit unions in California.  They beat their rate and the service was awesome !!  If you are looking for your next auto loan, turn to CU of Texas, you will be thankful for doing so and will save alot of money at the same time. CUOT is awesome, but not this branch. Better to drive to another location. Slow, rude, no help. These people actually look for reasons not to help you.

SLOWEST BANK EVER!!!!!!!! You wait in line for about 20 minutes when there is one person in front of you in the drive thru. Plus your 20 minutes , which is almost 40 of waiting when it should be at the most 15 minute stop. If there is 2+ people in front of you who knows how long you are going to be sitting there! Very inconvenient and inconsiderate workers. THIS CUTX is the only one that they all take their  sweet time!  I do not , I repeat I DO NOT recommend!!!!!!!

Really great team to work with, made the whole "car buying experience" fast and easy! I was buying a car for the first time by myself- and they were able to answer all my questions. I recommend them.  Really flexible and there all over making it easy to make payments.

We moved to California but we still bank with CU of TX.  They have awesome customer service and are there to assist with any of our banking needs.  We recently refinanced our auto loan with them and they beat our current auto loan rate by 1 percent.   Big thanks to Bernie for the excellent service he provided, we will definitely be back for our next auto loan.  5 Star Service all around, couldn't get any better !
