This is sadly the WORST experience I have even encountered with Wells Fargo. Robert Iverson the branch manager, is impossible to work with. After having a situation regarding my car payment. An error in which WF took full responsibility for, it took over 1 week to have the issue resolved and the money put back into my account.  After numerous empty promises and me having to call Robert EVERY DAY ( not ONCE receiving a follow up call or phone call from him ), while I was out of town for family wedding, I had to escalate it to the regional manager, who then at time simply apologized for poor service and called it good. Each and every day I was FORCED to sit on the phone for over 1 hour each time, explaining my situation to numerous agents at the branch, because even though Robert promised to call me back, I NEVER received ONE for call from him. I sadly stand behind Wells Fargo still, however this whole branch ( with the exclusion of Brittney, she was amazing) should never work in banking again. Robert Iverson is an embarrassment to mangers, and Wells Fargo across the board!!!

Talk you into accounts that cost money. You shouldn't have to pay fees to have them hold your money just because you don't have a certain amount.
