We had a neighbor living in a house behind us that was repossessed by Key Bank. Their dogs jumped over the fence. Oscar, and the other gal who answered the phone at this branch on 84th and Pacific, were obnoxious and lied to us and the Branch Director/Manager was just too busy to speak to us. Ambassador Mount
